IN 2006, TONY'S STEAMERS WAS PROUDLY INDUCTED INTO THE VIENNA BEEF® HALL OF FAME.

Dear Tony,

Looking back about a quarter of a century ago, you became a pioneer in the western suburbs of Chicago, and introduced Steamer’s to the community of Winfield. Now, 25 years later, the area has grown around you, and you have become an icon in the neighborhood, as well as a respected member of the food service community.

When all is said and done, however, it all begins and ends with your personality and the great food that you serve. Vienna Beef hot dogs and polish sausages along with the “to die for” fries (because they’re so good) are the leaders; along with many other specialties like the chicken with Italian dressing or teriyaki sauce have created a real greatest hits menu. The aquarium and the games round out the activities for all to enjoy.

Now, it’s Vienna’s turn to acknowledge and congratulate Tony, staff and family; and welcome Steamer’s to the Vienna Beef Hot Dog Hall of Fame. From all of us at Vienna, please accept our sincere thanks and best wishes for continued success.
